These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the Silver Bullet website at sb.alolabs.dev and your use of the Silver Bullet software distributed by Alo Labs (“we,” “us,” or “Alo Labs”). By using the site or installing the plugin, you agree to these Terms.
1. Software license
Silver Bullet is source-available software released under the Business Source License 1.1 (BUSL 1.1), with a Change Date of 2030-06-24 and Change License of Apache License, Version 2.0. The Additional Use Grant broadly permits production use, including internal and external deployment, modification, and distribution, except offering Silver Bullet or a substantially similar agentic process orchestrator to third parties on a hosted, managed, or software-as-a-service basis in competition with Alo Labs’ paid offerings. Your rights are governed by the license, not by these Terms; if they conflict regarding the software, the license controls.
2. Website and documentation
We provide the website, help center, and documentation for informational purposes. Content may change as the product evolves (Silver Bullet is currently marked ALPHA). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or that every document reflects the latest release at all times.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation, including by probing for vulnerabilities without authorization, scraping in a way that impairs service, or using the site to distribute malware or unlawful content.
4. No warranty
Silver Bullet and this website are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for evaluating whether the plugin is suitable for your environment and for maintaining backups and security controls in your own projects.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alo Labs and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Third-party services
Silver Bullet integrates with third-party coding agents and marketplaces (for example Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor). The website also loads IBM Plex Mono from Google Fonts and Lucide icons from the unpkg CDN. Your use of those products and asset services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We do not control those services.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
